Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form on this website we collect the name, email address, telephone number, company name, service of interest and message that you choose to provide. We collect this so that we can respond to your enquiry.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when a page loads.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide services you have requested, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Confidentiality of client information
Information you provide to us as a client is subject to the confidentiality obligations that apply to certified public accountants, including the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and Internal Revenue Code section 7216 governing the use and disclosure of tax return information. We do not disclose tax return information without your written consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We retain client records for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, generally at least seven years. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information in our custody. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we ask that you do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers by ordinary email.
